These buyers are ready, willing and able to purchase…and are in the market right now! More often than not, multiple buyers are competing with each other to buy a home.

Double the fun! Twins Cole and Jack are the winners of our Stoke a Student contest! The Newport Elementary third graders won a new Surf Prescriptions surfboard through Arbor Real Estate's contest. The campaign in partnership with Surfside Sports in Costa Mesa began four years ago and is aimed to inspire students to value education and to succeed in school.

The custom-made surfboard was shaped by legendary designer Doc Lausch of Surf Prescriptions. The 5'8" V12 Flying Turtle is perfect for surfers of all skill levels or for young groms of any age.

Arbor Real Estate and The Rob Machado Foundation created the Clean Water for Kids initiative with the goal of installing FloWater station in every school in the Newport-Mesa school district. Today the pro surfer along with representatives from Arbor Real Estate dedicated two new refilling stations that were recently installed at Ensign Intermediate school.

The purpose of the stations is to eliminate single-use water bottles -- which pollute our watersheds and oceans -- and to give students access to clean, tasty water. The Clean Water for Kids initiative has already funded and installed stations at Newport Elementary School in Newport Beach and Davis Magnet School in Costa Mesa.

Founded by Newport resident Casey O’Connor, Sean’s Pot of Gold provides people with the opportunity to donate towards an effort to supply hospitalized children across Orange County with gift baskets. These baskets will contain toys, stickers, hats, necklaces, and fun games with the aim of distracting children from doctors, medications, and the pains of being hospitalized. 

 “I know hospital stays can seem very long, so I hope Sean’s Pot of Gold can brighten their day!” Says Casey. 

Last year the organization raised close to $3,000, with the goal this year sitting at $4,000. The organization would like to do something extra special this time around in supplying the older children with tablets.
