Yuko McMahon, Real Estate Professional
Yuko was born and raised in Japan which makes her an especially sought-after real estate agent due to her extensive, first-hand knowledge of the complexities and practices of both the Asian and United States’ cultures and business intricacies. She has a unique perspective about what Asian clients need in order to buy or sell real estate in the US. Yuko speaks fluent Japanese and teaches seminars for Japanese buyers and sellers about how to invest internationally. She is also an acclaimed author publishing two books in Japan about US real estate investment (one sits as the #1 selling real estate investing book on Amazon, Japan). Because real estate is bought and sold differently in other countries, and the needs of foreign clients are unique; her understanding of these buyers helps alleviate the apprehension they may feel purchasing in Southern California.
Couple her international strength with her deep ties to the Newport Beach area -- she has been a resident for 20 years -- and you can see why Yuko has had unparalleled success in her real estate career.
One of her many regular clients had this to say about working with her,
"Yuko is so great to work with. I really appreciate how she makes my life easier every time we work together. I like the fact that she is such a go-getter and is always trying to find the best possible deal for me. I love working with people who are honest and straightforward like Yuko.
I look forward to working on many more profitable deals with her!"
Along with the McMahon Group-- her husband, Mark, and their team --, Yuko has closed more than 350 transactions. The Group prides itself on its extensive knowledge of market evaluation, investment properties, and advising clients about how to showcase their home to receive a top-dollar offer.
Yuko is a self-proclaimed "water polo mom," volunteering for her youngest son's school water polo program at Mater Dei High School. She also loves garden design, photography, camping, cooking and traveling. She is an extreme "foodie," and likes to find new and interesting restaurants in her neighborhood. She and her husband have 3 boys, Jake, Zack, and Lucas. She also has a furry daughter, Lucy!
