Tyler Hosseini, Broker Associate
Tyler Hosseini began his career in real estate more than 10 years ago making him one of the most experienced brokers of his generation. His background in the finance and mortgage industries coupled with his real estate expertise positions him as a well-rounded, highly sought after professional in coastal Orange County.
He serves sellers and buyers throughout California, but because of his wealth of local knowledge and understanding of the niche real estate market of West Newport Beach that is where he focuses his practice.
Tyler’s strong finance training, creative marketing, and strong sales skills position him as a triple threat with it comes to real estate professionals. "The way I approach marketing gives me an edge over other real estate agents," he says of his forward-thinking branding and marketing style. He co-founded the brand LIVE IN THE SHORES in March 2016 as a community resource that highlights real estate but also the unique community of Newport Shores. Through groundbreaking marketing and vibrant social media outlets, LIVE IN THE SHORES provides a look at the vibe and lifestyle of that kinetic community.
Because he is a lifetime resident of Newport Beach, community involvement comes naturally to him. He is the co-founder of Charity Masters which is in its 8th year. The annual golf charity event raises money for local causes such as Best Day Foundation and No Beach Plastic. He has also run raising money for Tight 50 and Ben Did Go.
"The values at Arbor are the same as mine," he says of why he came to Arbor in 2017. "The community focus is the same as mine. Arbor's transparency and authenticity is something that I feel is missing in the real estate industry."
Tyler attended Newport Harbor High School where he played on the lacrosse, volleyball and soccer team and was a member of the surf team. His athletic lifestyle is still a driving force in his life and supercharges his real estate practice. "Every morning I run in The Shores. I swim in The Shores pool. I am out walking the neighborhood," he says. "I believe being in the community every day gives me an edge over other agents."
