A 35-year resident of Newport Beach, Polovina resides with his wife Kay, also a real estate agent. He is passionate about supporting and giving back to his community. He has served as President of the Lido Isle Board of Directors for two terms, and also has served on the Boards of Directors for the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, We Are Ocean and Newport Harbor Baseball - the latter for a 10-year tenure. In addition, Polovina was a founder and served on the Board of Directors for the Newport Harbor High School Foundation - and has been instrumental in raising $20 million for the school. Prior to launching his career in business and real estate, Polovina was a pitcher in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. He is a graduate of San Diego State University.
